ZSL Whipsnade Zoo Pygmy Hippos

ISIS shows Whipsnade having a pair of pygmy hippos again . Wonder if the female is the older youngster from Marwell ?

I think Orycteropus said (in one of the photo threads) that they had been there since September, so hope that helps you to identify which hippos they are

Marwell's hippo went to Bristol. Jimmy's right, the pygmy hippos have been there for a good few months now.

i think the male came from tenerife, then the female came later but I'm not sure where from, last time i visited in january one of the kepers said she was still offshow, but you could hear her calling out to the male
