rare ducks wanted

hi im a verry keen breeder of wildfowl also dwarf zebu ,arapawa goats , im looking to purchase some hartlaubs and white winged wood ducks to start a new venture iv tryed the wetlands trust and blackbrook but no joy would anyone no were i could get some , iv kept wild strain muscovy ducks for years and they are fantastic take a look at Shatterling Miniatures - Home Page , leigh
 
im off to holland tomorow to have a look at some white winged wood ducks just hartlaubs to find now ,its a shame not many keep these breeds as they realy are so nice and rare yet they are not that hard to breed strange
 
You could try and mail one of the bigger Dutch breeding farms Kooy & Sons. The english part of their site is not very well developed yet, and i can't find any information about Hartlaub ducks on their dutch site neither but still;

lol well i do like hartlaubs ducks and i sure wont be eating them , i hope to find some more in belgium or holland and poss white winged wood ducks
 
building new pens

well building new pens now for white winged wood ducks its going well just nead the weather to give us a break iv located some white winged wood ducks not cheep but they realy are nice

i have now purchased 2 pr of white winged wood ducks from the netherlands just hope i can get them to breed in the spring they do look realy smart
