Apart from those three larger zoos Nigel mentions, there are also kiwi at Otorohanga Kiwi House, National Aquarium of New Zealand, Napier Wildlife Reserve, Peacock Springs, Nga Manu Nature Reserve, Rainbow Springs Nature Park, Southern Encounter Aquarium, Te Puia (museum in Wellington), New Zealand Conservation Trust (Willowbank), and a few other smaller parks.
There's around 110 in captivity in New Zealand, and all are very actively managed by the DOC (Department of Conservation) recovery program and the regional studbook keeper.
There's about 270 tuatara, of two species, in zoos and wildlife parks in New Zealand.
