If my zoo offers a membership that allows me and a guest to enter free each time, do the reciprocal zoos also honor the discount for my guest?

Depends on the zoo, some zoos like Brookfield and Potawatomi only do each other but some like Fort Worth, and Detroit do almost every zoo that allows, I guess it just depends on the facility your visiting.
Edit- There will only be a discount at the reciprocal zoo that you don’t have a membership to.
 
Right, I get that. The membership from the zoo I'd have is reciprocal. They offer and individual membership that allows me to bring a guest every time, for free. When I go to a reciprocal zoo, will they let my guest in with the same discount I'd get, or would they charge him full price?

The guest will also be discounted. Depending on the zoo and membership you have, multiple guests can also be included.
