The $4 million learning centre is now open, and next year the zoo will break ground on a 3-acre elephant exhibit.

I was wondering if their master plan was ever going to be implemented. It's a really nice small zoo, when we lived in Phoenix we would take day trips down there. It was the closest place to see polar bears.
