Researching Enclosure Ideas

I would like to open up my own park further down the road (I know that it doesn't happen over night.) And am currently comparing enclosures and such. I was wondering if you could give some information on your enclosures. I am looking at building exhibits 60x40 for cats such as lions and tigers and the same for bears. I am currently looking at All Your Ranch Supply Needs! Stockyard Ranch Supply - Fencing and there 4x4 utility panels. Since the highest height is 8ft. I don't feel to comfortable with that so I was thinking about stacking two together. Do you believe that would work? Also if you have any advice on what you use with your exhibits (cats, primates, etc.) it would be greatly appreciated. Like I said I'm not planning on doing anything soon I just want to do years of research first to make sure I know what I'm doing and make great contacts along the way.

You seem to be thinking along the lines of How Little Is Enough?
I suggest you instead adopt the approach What is the Best?

WAZA has enclosure guidelines nicely described on the Virtual Zoo website.
AZA can be contacted for their guidelines.

If you are jury rigging pre-fab panels together to create 60x40 (feet I assume, rather than meters?) runs, then it is an accident waiting to happen and a cat prison. Can't you envision a better Park than that?
