Sadly, the whole article does not offer anything concrete in factual evidence. I do have some reservations myself about this export. But at least when reporting on it than please get the facts right and not just make do with suggestive directional reporting and piece-meal hearsay (sometimes a sad by-product of activism where pre-conceived ideas about wildlife and captivity are at issue).
This is much better and possibly related. The zoo might be Vinh Pearl, but I do not know for sure.
