For a safari park with an exhibit mimicking East Africa. I did some digging after I posted the thread and apparently the only way to have a Black Rhino in a safari habitat is like how they have it at Kilimanjaro Safaris at Disney where you drive by the exhibit and not through it. Same with Hippos.
 
Yeah, not if you want visitor cars to survive their journey, you don't let people drive through most large potentially dangerous mammals
 
Yeah black rhino are far more jumpy around vehicles

Though a lot of that from the wild could be bad safari guide etiquette blamed on the animal
 
Too many challenges, they just don't have the same social structures or temperaments to be housed together. As for safari parks, the best practice is to design the drive so that the visible barriers between cars and large mammals like rhino, elephants, and hippos so that they are minimal or invisible to the visitor. This is not as difficult as it may seem.
