Roger Williams Park Zoo Roger Williams Park Zoo News

Where is it on-exhibit? I was under the impression that the new reptile house would not be open for some time.

That looks like the Australasian building as I think that's the signage for the hornbills in the background. Having a hard time imagining that in there, though, without it getting in the way of other existing enclosures.

The new rainforest building is supposed to have about 40 species. Here is what animals I have been able to find out so far from emails, ads etc.
Giant Otter
Giant Anteater
Tamandua
Titi monkey sp.
Linne's Two-toed Sloth
Tamarin sp. not sure if it is the Cotton-top Tamarins or Golden Lion Tamarins or both
Howler Monkey sp.
Wattled Curassow
Troupial sp.
Keel-billed Toucan
Hyacinth Macaw
Piranha sp.
Dart Frog sp.
Chilean Flamingo
White-faced Saki (including a new baby)
Elegant Crested Tinamou
Red-footed Tortoise
"Blue-crowned" Motmot (not sure definitely which species)

They had Brazilian Grey Titis previously, though the promo video shows Coppery. I wonder if the zoo is going to keep their King Vultures and Jamaican Fruit Bats.
