The title says it all: which individual animals have you seen at more than one facility? I'll start.
I've seen Lee the Polar Bear at the Denver Zoo and the Columbus Zoo.
I saw Borealis the Polar Bear when he was a cub in Toledo, and now he lives at the Henry Vilas Zoo where I see him semi-regularly (I audibly squealed when I learned that he was moving to Henry Vilas).
Lastly, I've seen Western Lowland Gorillas Oliver, Nadami, and Dotty at Columbus and Milwaukee.
While I this hasn't happened yet, I'd like to visit Nashville and DC so I can see Luka the Andean Bear and Spike the Asian Elephant again.
Now it's your turn!
