I am not sure if I or anyone else posted this, but check this cool link showing the relative size of things.

You can zoom in and out with the scroll bar, and click on the object for a short description.

All I can say is that if the universe is so large, then it seems a statistical certainty that we are not the only planet out there with intelligent life! Else, what a waste of space.
