Congratulations to likely Callee and or Ajani. Shows Birmingham's Bull experiment is starting to pay off.
Only cow Zuberi yet to be mated or confirmed pregnant.

It would be helpful to set up another 1-2 bull facilities or elephant exhibits incorporating both a bull bachelor and full matriarchal line and breeding bull facilities.

Here are the current statuses for the pregnancies and due dates for the elephant ladies:
Simunye - 7 months in due March 2025
Talia - 6 months in due April 2025
Xolani - 5 months in due May 2025
Arusi - 4 months in due June 2025
Zuberi - not confirmed pregnant at the moment

Do we know the sire for each case?

Bull Ajani left in mid September 2023 to Toledo Zoo. Bull Callee - who is on breeding loan from Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo - arrived in late May 2023?

I consider bull Titan too far-fetched as a candidate as too young and immature (save for the AI) as I assume (I know speculative) all cows have been mated naturally. This leaves either Ajani or Callee as potential sire for either 4 of the cows.

Does any regular have any info on how the cows are introduced to the bulls? I mean this as not how the cows given access to the bull, but more like how many exclosures they have to hold multiple bulls and introducé the cows to him/them)?

Any exhibit design map available as it seems both Ajani and Callee must have been on site together at one point and certainly during the May-September 2023 time frame?
