Maybe they realised that zoochatters visiting 'just in case' accounted for a significant fraction of their revenue :p

As an aside the aquarium will actually close on the 26th of June, several days before the end of the month. As I land in Singapore on June 27 I'm a little annoyed at this discrepancy! I would never have bothered to visit normally, but under these circumstances it would have been an interesting experience.
