Not long after arriving at the zoo, they quickly reproduced a offspring.1.1 Northern red muntjac has exhibited in Shanghai Zoo. This is the first time that the zoo exhibited this species after many years.
I filtered out the most remarkable - yes my bad - species. TBH, I never realised the primate collection was this extensive and so diverse. I am especially happy about all of the above. A real bonus is the planned introduction of Laotian langur fairly soon. I do hope you can keep us abreast when they arrive and settle into a proposed new exhibit for them.Primates:
Skywalker hoolock gibbon
Pileated Gibbon
White-cheeked gibbon
Yellow-cheeked gibbon
Tibetan macaque
Black crested mangabey
Golden snub-nosed monkey
Francois' leaf monkey
Mantled guereza
Patas monkey
Red-tailed guenon
De Brazza's monkey
Diana monkey
Mona monkey
Coming soon:
Laotian langur
Common brown lemur
White-faced saki
