Shorter Time Frame to Edit Posts

I have noticed recently that I have been unable to edit posts I have made after something like 5 minutes instead of 1 hour, which is what it used to be. I want to know if that is a permanent change to the website or if there is just an error somewhere.

The change is for new members and for people who cause too much moderator work because of major edits after many replies have already been made.
