Should the smaller collections co operate more closely ?

I always enjoy the baby bears / not fully grown comments about 14 year old sun bears.

It pales in comparison with that, but as I was stood at the Andean bear enclosure at Chester yesterday, a couple walked up. The woman said, "They used to have Spectacled bears in here." Looked at the signage and continued, "Now it's Andean bears."

How is that stupid? She read and remembered the information on the sign and then compared that with what was in front of her. Frankly, for someone who demonstrably doesn't know that much about bears I'd say that's impressive.
