Single Message BELOW Every Post You Make

I want to ask how can you make a message that appears BELOW every single post that you make? For example, @TeaLovingDave has "Drinking tea and dreaming of small carnivores...." and @CheeseChameleon1945 has "Formerly known as Luke da Zoo nerd" so I'm asking how I can make one if possible.

Hover over or click on your profile username, the gear at the top right of the webpage. Click on "Personal Details". Under your avatar (where you can change the avatar) is the "Custom Title" field, edit as you wish and click "Save Changes" at the bottom of that page. Refresh the webpage and the changes should show.
