Chester's incoming pair (arriving Spring 2024) have been confirmed (via the zoos online members magazine) as male, Yashin from Highland Wildlife Park and female, Nubra from Krefeld

The young snow leopards born in Wroclaw this year are two females. They are named asha and Kara. In the samen article I red that their broter Makalu has been moved to France (no idea which zoo).

Not so helpful post but there are 3 Snow leopards currently at Planckendael. 2 rotating in the on show exhibit and one behind the scenes.

Turns out male Kiyan was moved offshow behind the scenes at that point. Kiyan and Diem are allowed to breed so hopefully they'll produce cubs after the breeding season. They get along well and are held together.

I can’t find any information on that. The only thing I can find is that he has been at Kameltheater Kernhof since around 2014 (last evidence).

Parents of Ivan (original name 'Asam', born 12 May 2009 at Warsaw and now at Dessau: Sire is KRAKUS, born 9 May 2005, Krakow (the last record I have of him is a move to Bydgoszcz, 3 May 2016); Dam is NADAAM, born 19 April 2001, Dudley (also moved to Bydgoszcz in 2016, died 2018 [unconfirmed])

Makalu (born 26 May 2021, Zoo Wroclaw, to Nastasja & Nurek), twin brother of female Mila, has been moved 22 May 2023 to ZooParc the Tregomeur in France. His parner there is female from closed Orsa Rovdjurspark in Sweden.
