Snow Leopards of Leafy London

My first thought - they've got a very generous definition of 'London'! I think a career in airport marketing beckons. :D

I agree with Maguari. Welwyn is over twenty miles from Central London!

Anyone with the entirely understandable urge to see God's cat in London needs either to write pleadingly to ZSL or travel further afield...:(

'Snow Leopards of Leafy Welwyn' doesn't have quite the same ring , does it?;)

Does anyone know the history of this place, who started it and why, and who runs it now etc?

I have been there and it's not that leafy either! It is built on an old intensive chicken egg farm, I think the owner is called Terry mills? They have some nice cats, but I would have liked to have seen them in larger enclosures.
