So what zoochatters are you friends with on facebook?

This is starting to get into personal stalking territory. Probably that is why no one is answering.

I'm not friends with any, although I guess I might be if I had met any in person. Just being a zoochat contact doesn't mean I want to be friends with them on facebook.

I thought the point of be-friending people on Facebook was just to get a really high number so you can say "look how many friends I have". Oh, that reminds me of the South Park episode!

I have quite a few, most of whom I have met in real life but I do have a couple of Americans on there and one or two others that I am yet to meet! Also, the little Facebook symbol next to my name should indicate that I'm not too fussy about accepting people. In the grand scheme of things about three per cent of my friends are zoochatters, the rest are people from "the real world". By real world I mean work/school/social life.

Ben and Jakari, although they dont post here much lately.

I was friends with another, but he posted a lot and filled my news feed so I unfriended him. I do the same on twitter, if someone keeps posting very frequently I get rid of them.

I had the same problem with the same person, and took the same action.

I think people post just for something to do. I dont want to know what someone has for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Twitter is the worst. There are people who do post something interesting once or twice a day, but if I have to look at 150 random uninteresting posts to find it, goodbye.

I try and take a couple of interesting farming or wildlife photos each week and post them on twitter, or sometimes facebook.

I have some family members that do that. I didn't want to un-friend them because it might hurt their feelings, so I just told Facebook to not show me their posts.

Or maybe this thread is unpopular because many of us are not on Facebook.

(I do, however, have about 20 people who have asked to friend me on ZooChat, all of which I have accepted, although it appears to serve no purpose whatsoever on this forum.)

I have a few zoochatters as friends on Facebook, most of my Facebook friends are animal people/keepers that I have met at zoos overtime and private animal keepers I have met online or in the real world. I'd say 75% of Photos and content i post is involved someway with animals or the animal industry.

I don't mind friend requests from people I have spoken to online or in real life but if we have never spoken a quick message to say who you are helps:D

None.

Though, I'm still new here and I don't really use Facebook for anything important. I would have preferred not to have an account, but I was guilted into it.
