Highland Wildlife Park, lol!

Yeah, Marwell's African Valley certainly has the space to keep elephants. Whilst they currentley aren't in the masterplan, James Cretney their chief exec is known to have worked with eles for a long time, and I've heard rumours before.

And doesn't WMSP mix eles with waterbuck?

Wasn't just aimed at you tigerlemurguy :P
Anywho lets leave this as it is :)

Just to clear things up its not Highland Wildlife Park thats getting African Elephants the only way they will get any is if somebody finds a lost herd of Woolly Mammoths as these would be the only species that fit the parks current collection plan.

Can we get back on topic and factual here? :(

It be nice to get some concrete information rather than pure speculation. It is all down to ..... whether it is in some sort of development plan of South Lakes WAP to actually acquire (African) elephants!
