When the ISIS website first came online with the species abstracts I made a hobby of trolling through the species listings and compiling the collections of individual zoos (including Cincinnati). Doing so will make you go cross-eyed and head-achy, but it will give you a (reasonable) approximation of Cincinnati's current collection (at least for the vertebrates).
I was looking at amphibians kept in the UK when I saw this thread so I also looked at Cincinnati's amphibians. I don't know how up to date it is.

Like Ungulate I also look at ISIS regularly, One way which I do this is to higlight the collection I am interested in and the just look out for the name in red. Another way is of there is a large listing eg Anas, Macaca I just do a search for the collection name on that page.
