I am not sure of the exact dates, but somewhere between 2004-2010. ZooTampa had a really good swine collection at one time. They've held bearded pigs, warty pigs, warthogs, babirusa, and red river hogs. Right now they just have babirusa and red river hogs.
I recall a large swine collection from my 2012 visit and was wondering if the Bearded pigs were also there at that time, but I guess not. In 2014, I noticed a decrease in the collection. Its a shame that suids are yet another group that is losing in diversity kept, especially given how endangered the Southeast Asian species are.
