I'm impressed by Drill's long list, but I wouldn't include subspecies and hybrids. I would make the following corrections:
Black-handed (61), Mexican (64) and Yucatan (66) spider monkeys are all Ateles geoffroyi
Orang-utan (128) superfluous as Bornean (125) and Sumatran (129) orang-utans included separately.
Binturong (180) includes Javan (181) and Palawan (182) binturongs.
Carpathian (199), Eurasian (202) and Siberian (203) lynxes are all Lynx lynx
Leopard (216) includes African (211) and Amur leopards (212)
Barbary (214), African (217) and white (218) are all Panthera leo.
Tiger (220) includes Amur (213), Malayan (219) and Sumatran (223) tigers and Tiger x Amur tiger (221)
Brown bear (240) includes grizzly (238), European brown (241), Kamchatka brown (244), Kodiak (245), Syrian brown (249) and Hokkaido brown (250) bears.
Asiatic black bear (239) includes Himalayan black bear (251)
Red panda (252) includes Styan's red panda (253)
Southern (262) and Alaskan (263) are both Enhydra lutris.
Asian elephant (284) includes Indian elephant (285).
Damara (286),plains (287) and Grant's zebras are all Equus quagga.
Giraffe taxonomy is contentious, but exclude giraffe (314) and reticulated x Rothschild's giraffe (318)
Moose (327) includes Alaskan moose (324)
Roosevelt elk (328) and Rocky Mountain elk (340) are both Cervus canadensis
Sika (342) includes Vietnamese sika (343)
Blue wildebeest (358) includes eastern white-bearded wildebeest (361)
Beisa oryx (365) includes fringe-eared oryx (367)
Aoudad (385) includes Kordofan aoudad (396)
Why not include subspecies? Sure sometimes it may not make a difference but differences in subspecies can be extreme and there are some very endangered taxa worthy of note. The Kodiak Brown Bear and significantly different from the Syrian Brown Bear, and the Mexican Spider Monkey is more endangered than most of the other subspecies.
Additionally, there seems to be a growing opinion that the Fringe-Eared Oryx is indeed a separate subspecies from Beisa. There are also arguments that sika deer should be split up a bit.
