Speculative Perth Zoo expansion map

Hi everyone here is a concept map Perth Zoo might look like if they were to expand into Windsor Park. Pease tell me on your opinion if Perth Zoo was to expand into Windsor Park with the Masterplan it might be possible.

If anyone Could tell me their Ideas for this plan when I go to Perth Zoo next week I will put it in the suggestion box. And ask some keepers of their ideas if they think it is a good idea I might email the City of South Perth about the idea.

Can you squeeze in a Pygmy Hippo and Sri Lankan Leopard on the map?

The parkland area of Windsor Park (so excluding the carpark and bordering pathways, Old Mill Theatre, Sth Perth historical society building and ferry tram building) gives about ≈10,120 sq metres of extra space. I love your creativity so much. Have a sad feeling City of South Perth Council woud likely refuse the acquisition of Windsor Park by the zoo board though unfortunately. Likely arguing it is a utilised public recreation space and that the zoo has already expanded a bit in the past. Still think its a fantastic concept though.

@steveroberts The zoo could build around the historical buildings and also there might be a grass area around the outside of the entrance so people can still go play sports and have a picnic and the fairy tram would not be a part of the Zoo.
