Which zoos (except Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens) own Sumatran Rhinos?

None, even Cincinaty sent their last Sumatran rhino in Indonesia last year. So currently there are just 3 captive sumatran rhinos on Sumatra.
There are a few more than that. I believe Way Kambas has something like 3.3, though the males will be Andalas, Harapan, and Andalas' calf. Apart from Andala' mate (who is currently pregnant with a second calf), I'm not sure whether any of the females are fertile or not.
There are also 1.3 Bornean Rhinoceros in captivity in Sabah, though none are likely to ever breed.

Full brother of Andalas, Harapan, wildcaught and apparantly very human orientated female Rosa and elderly female Bina.
Ratu is pregnant again.
I believe the Borneans in captivity are down to 1.2 after the death of elderly Gelugob in january 2014. Little hope there as both females have uterus problems.

that's correct. Male Tam and females Iman and Puntung. Neither female can breed naturally (Iman has tumours in the uterus and Puntung has cysts), although this article - Officials: Sumatran rhino is extinct in the wild in Sabah - says:

How plausible is it to actually see the Rhinos at Way Kambas? There seem to be people on TripAdvisor who have done so easily but elsewhere on the internet (specific I know) I found information saying you need to specially request visits in Jakarta. Has anyone on the site actually visited the SRS?
not exactly current information, but when I was at Way Kambas in 2009 there was no problem with visiting the rhinos (but I didn't because they wanted too much money).
Puntung also has a missing forefoot from a snare, and so cannot support a male's weight for natural mating.
It seems the one female out of the five(apart from Ratu that is) that still has real potential for breeding is 'Rosa' at Way Kambas, but she still has not done so for some reason, and we all know what happens when they have sustained periods of non- reproduction.
There haven't been rhinos at Sepilok for probably twenty years.

And that was posted in 2006 - 15 years ago.
Tanjung died that year.
Gelogob was moved to Lok Kawi in 2007 and then in 2010 to Tabin, and then in 2013 back to Lok Kawi where she died in 2014.
