Hummingbirds could be added to the list.
It seems the last place that kept a hummingbird was the Nagasaki Biopark until 2020 (amazilia hummingbird, amazilis amazilia).

Tama Zoological Park also had them until 2013, with many imports and many hatchings of this species.
