There is 39 horse left in the running this year, I do quite a bit of research every year since I was 11 even I can't bet,

The 9 european stayers are most likely to get a good placing, the fav is Septimus this year and Although last year's winner Efficent is going to be racing, he hasn't won a race since last year.

Just like to see what other's thoughts are,
 
I picked the winner of the Grand National two years ago. It's just a pity I don't bet, I would have won some money.
 
Someone made the point elsewhere that many horses will be flown into Melbourne from all around the world for this race, yet zoos cannot import onagers or zebras into the country for a far greater need.

Yeah me too I picked Efficent last year to win the cup because of his Derby win, too bad I didn't get any cash, and is a shame that he has been scratched this year,
 
Cup is tommorrow, main chances are Septimus and Mad rush, plus the track is to there liking,
