My two coints on this topic. Maybe, maybe the climate change is going to effect us humans in -lets say- the next 200 years. But that is not our major concern at the moment. The enormous population increasement and overconsumption is going to be a major problem within the next 30 years. What I cannot comprehant is that is not on the political agenda of governements, exept by the Chinese.
In history, the Nethelands have been under the sealevel, dessert, mountaintop and even tropical forest due to plate tectonics and even more drastic climate change than at this moment.. and that is not something we can change and do something about. Why should we be afraid to be the bottom of the sea again? I don't see any problem here. My (grand) children are going to have major problems living in a sustainable world were it is a good place to be.. that's what bothers me! And not climate change..
That's why I promote sustainable issues in my zoo and not the climate 'hoax', to call it in that way.
