Liverpool World Museum is well worth it, for one it is free but the aquarium and natural history section in general is pretty good! The dinosaur section might be the weakest, it hasn't changed since I was a kid, but it isn't awful or anything.
The other stuff outside of natural history is pretty good too, the cultural exhibition is quite nice and the space section had a planetarium though not sure if thats still a thing? Last time I went we were only in the museum for a half hour before closing as me and my friend wanted a stop before heading over to Eurovision activities.
Some of the temporary exhibitions at the museum have also been pretty good in the past, I remember there being a dinosaur one in the past focused around I believe the Nemegt Formation.
