If we're judging which films should be on the list by how bizarre/crazed they are, I'd nominate the semi-mythical Thundercrack!, a film I've never seen but the synopsis sounds completely deranged to me (and I've watched Jodorowsky's Holy Mountain).

Be warned, only look into this if you're extremely broad minded (seriously, wikipedia describes it as a "pornographic black comedy").
