Like a lot of us our annual two week holiday was at a British seaside resort ours being the Isle of Wight. I certainly remember it from when jack Corney had it as a Zoo under transition but had a decent venomous snake collection , Bengal Tigers which they were successful with and various other animals. I think a lot of the animals that passed through were initially on loan from other collections but what I can't recall is what the zoo was like before the corney's does anyone remember - can they help ?
