The Zoochat Photographic Guide to Bats

I have now added all of this year's bat photos into the thread. There are a lot of new bats – almost 65 species, which include 16 new genera for the thread and two new families – so I’ll just list them all below without links. Those by @Najade are all in the Costa Rica and Germany Wildlife galleries. Those of @Giant Eland are from all over the world so the easiest way to see them outside of this thread is to go to his Media page (which has lots of other cool mammals on it as well of course).

There are now 280 species of bats depicted in the thread, which is about 20% of the total number of species, which is pretty good going (two-thirds of the photos are by @Najade and @Giant Eland). The post for the photo credits is here: The Zoochat Photographic Guide to Bats
