The coloration of the bill isn't correct from A.a.albivitatta. A glance at their website confirms this is A.p.prasinus.

Central Brazil from the Atlantic Ocean across into central Bolivia; a disjunct population in eastern Brazil in Pernambuco and eastern Alagoas.

tHIS bird is not inscriptus is it? afaik the inscriptus has the mandible yellow with lettering, wheras the humdbolti has the black mandible, so this is humbdolti in that case :)

I have heard that many of the birds in the US are humboldti. I think only DWA has inscriptus, but not 100% sure.

I suspect that STE labelled the photograph using the taxonomy which lumps inscriptus and humboldti - hence the title.

It's likely how the zoo signed the animal as well. I'm not sure where exactly STE's photo was taken, but given they're from NY it's probably Prospect Park's bird which is/was labeled as inscriptus.
