ISIS isnt always correct. Could be one of the many phantom animals that still exist on it.

can anyone tell me why they are keeping the brother and sister and what happened to the parents?
 
My friend was telling me that one of the current pair killed one or both of the parents.
 
They are keeping the brother and sister as they did not receive a breeding recommendation for neither of them, i.e: no zoo wanted them.

As for the parents, I'm sure I read on here that the father 'Boris' died of old age, but 'Vanda' was killed by the son

wish they would get another male hippo to replace ben.
