Top 10 UK zoos, based on exhibit design

I have not seen meerkats and lemurs sharing an enclosure. Are there other species in with them?

It's not a mixed species exhibit. Just a small area (a walled garden) with a few exhibits for lemurs, meerkats and mongoose when I was there

Chester Zoos elephant house is amazing, very good i don't really like the orang house i think it looks too much like a prison! but chester zoo is an amazing zoo, a must.

Thanks lloyd l first visited chester 25 years ago. It was an amazing zoo then and more so now. It will be even more so when they build the new Africa exhibit. There seems to be many people who agree and disagree with you on the orang house. I look forward to seeing it.

Hmm, are the Isle Of Wight Zoo's new exhibits all that great?
I visited recently and I wasnt overly impressed. I mean, yeah a good deal of thought has gone into them, but they could be improved. There are only a few areas where you can see the Tigers and the viewing windows are tiny. One enclosure is largely taken up by a large pond which they dont seem to use much (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Although, I do like the mountain idea but possibly a walkway up to the top for visitors would be good. All in all I think they're quite overated.
