DDCorvus: The bird is endemic to a Southeast Asian Island, but the island isn't Sulawesi (Q12)
Another proof it is not smart to check zoochat quickly at work. Sulawesi is of course completely Indonesian (and as a Dutch I shouldn't make those mistakes). I wanted to say Borneo. But it could be Timor as well (West-Timor which is Indonesian is 400 m2 bigger then Timor-Leste and yes I had to check that).
As the size difference is more obvious on Borneo. I guess it is that island. Borneo has 4 endemic perching birds. I ll go for the endemic genus so:

Nah, it kind of snowballed and every caller decided to perpetuate it. Every time he had a quiz, there are some people that call in and say "India". I read somewhere that he should have a quiz where the answer to every question is genuinely India!
