What are the facts regarding shoplifting since Himalaya opened then?
Granted it's a big open plan shop but they appear to have engaged with a great number of experts when putting Himalaya together, including, I gather, retail consultants, who you would anticipate would have shoplifting at the forefront of their minds. Best practice seems to be to have nicely spaced out, low profile, fixtures and fittings and they certainly seem to have stuck to that one. The old shops were basically scrums during the busy periods, it must have been heaven for shoplifting then, none of the staff could have possibly had a clue what was going on.
Interested to know to what extra extent they are suffering now compared to the past.
