That's wonderful. I was worried that everything might be all about Chester's plight - even a little nod to the fact that all are in the same boat is very pleasing. Although Chester Zoo are no doubt looking after their own interests, their excellent PR campaign may well prove crucial in saving countless zoos... well I hope so anyway!
Re: the earlier suggestion that Chester's media have done far better than London's, dare I suggest that far more of the public care more about Chester Zoo than London Zoo? Whilst most of us probably have a soft spot for London Zoo, a lot of it is probably to do with nostalgia and I suspect that, where it not in the capital city, it may well have vanished by now. If the UK has a national zoo then all this suggests that it is surely Chester!
