I'm going to say that Bronx Zoo's Red River Hog/Mandrill/DeBrazza's Monkey exhibit is unique.

The entire Congo Gorilla Forest is truly unique. According to zooplantman, it's the most expensive zoo exhibit ever built (as of 2009 when that was posted) and it certainly is the most naturalistic gorilla exhibit in the US (I didn't say best gorilla exhibit as I know people will certainly argue that Howletts has the best from a breeding perspective).
