A snow machine was talked about for the enclosure but I believe that has been dropped from the plan,as for what is going to go in the old Lion enclosure I will keep quiet because I have my doubts that it will happen for a couple of reason`s which I won`t comment on!

Simple answer is no to both because I`ve probably said more than I should have already!

The 2 lionesses arrived lunch time (17th November) the male seemed a bit bemused by all the activity around the cage

He's around 2 and 1/2 so it's possible he could breed at this age although in my opinion it's unlikely for at least another year.

Hes around 2 I think. He might be old enough to start breeding he definately will in the next year or so.
Just gives them a time to settle in with each other first.

Probably. At the age of 2 1/2 he would be able to have cubs but he needs to get a high enough position and to get on well with the two ladies first I would give it about 8 months/ 1 year or so till cubs arrive so Summer next year would be a good start.
Thats if they're planning to breed with them straight away and Im pretty sure they would be wanting too.

Heres a few pics i managed to get today. Apologies for the quality of them, im hoping santa will bring me a decent camera for Christmas ;)

They seem to be doing well, with Itar lying against the separating bars and them lying close by the other side :)

wow theyve got on realy well since Itar is in with them!!

I think you'll find he is actually still in the next enclosure with mesh division between. I imagine it will be a little while yet before they are actually placed together.

That's the way I read it too, but I'll have to look on my next visit.

Yes they are in 2 seperate cages at present but hopefully will be introduced very shortly in the main enclosure
