Did any zoos that were supposed to reopen around now actually reopen?

None that I've listed on the sheet have reopened and remained reopened. Both the Maryland Zoo and Ross Park Zoo initially closed for a short time and reopened, but both have since closed again.

Speaking of, more closures:
  • Timbavati Wildlife Park is closed until further notice
  • Ochsner Park Zoo is closed until further notice
  • Roer's Zoofari is closed until further notice
  • Mill Mountain Zoo has closed it's reptile house to the public and is limiting admission to 10 guests per hour
  • Scovill Zoo has postponed it's spring opening until further notice
  • Washington Park Zoo is closed until further notice
  • Fort Wayne Children's Zoo has postponed it's spring opening until further notice
Several seasonal zoos including the Niabi Zoo, Potawatomi Zoo, Columbian Park Zoo, and Southwick's Zoo may postpone their spring openings but have not put out official statements.

The Ripley Waterfowl Conservancy (Livingston Ripley WC changed their name to drop the Livingston, which is a bit disappointing to be as both Mary Livingston and Sidney D. Ripley were essential in the parks creation) has suspended all education programs through the end of the month, though are holding free live online programs as well as species highlight videos. The conservancy has not yet postponed their opening for the season, though they do not open until May anyway.

Lupa Zoo still says they're opening April 4. Southwick Zoo says they "will potentially" delay their Spring opening.

That's better than nothing!

I honestly wouldn't count on it. If things remain shut down for 6-8 weeks like they should at this point in order to curb the rates of infection the earliest we'll see places reopening is mid May. I expect to see more facilities extending their closures/postponing their seasonal openings.

Also a few more (probably expected) closures:
  • SEA LIFE Orlando is closed until further notice
  • St. Augustine Alligator Farm is closed until further notice
  • Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center is shortening operating hours until further notice
  • Metro Richmond Zoo is limiting their guest capacity to 25%, has closed all confined spaces, and cancelled all animal feedings until further notice
At the present moment the following zoos are known to remain open in some capacity:
  • Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center
  • Bearizona
  • Wildlife World Zoo & Aquarium
  • Out of Africa Wildlife Park
  • Heritage Park Zoo
  • Pana’ewa Rainforest Zoo and Gardens
  • Zoo Idaho
  • Lee Richardson Zoo
  • Oglebay Good Zoo
  • Wildlife Safari
  • Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary
  • Metro Richmond Zoo
  • Mill Mountain Zoo
  • Cougar Mountain Zoo

Lee G. Simmons Conservation Park & Wildlife Safari will open this Friday, March 27, 2020 for drive through experience only. All walking trails and other exhibits not visible from your vehicle will remain closed, as will all guest service areas. I am looking forward to the opening, as it will be something to do with the kids as an educational field trip while we are trying to keep the learning going while schools are closed here.
