It's not fully comprehensive but here's the Google sheet. Feel free to continue updating the thread and let me know if I missed anything or if anything is outdated. I'll keep updating as new information becomes available.

I also opted not to include facilities that have been characterized as "Monitoring" on here simply because so many facilities have closed or cancelled events at this point. Many facilities that were monitoring earlier today have now closed. Facilities that were previously closed/experienced cancellations/limited visitor capacity but have since returned to normal operations will still be included on the sheet.

Bergen County Zoo has closed "for at least two weeks" which I'd classify as until further notice.

I saw Bronx and the NY Aquarium put out statements earlier announcing they are still open but monitoring the situation and keeping an eye on visitor numbers in buildings (at least at the aquarium). Bronx has also closed the carousel.

Jungle Island closed until further notice.

Wild Adventures Theme Park will be closed starting Monday through March 27th

Philadelphia Insectarium will postpone most of the events in March.
