User from China failed to register

Hi, I have a friend in Guangxi Province, China, who tried to register to Zoochat during the recent three months, but never succeeded. He began the registration in July, during that time, he could log in Zoochat but cannot upload photos and post comments. Since then he kept on trying but could never upload photos and comments. And in September he found that he cannot even log in; when he type in his name and Email, it was showed that that Email was non-existing...... And he had tried to register with another Email, but also failed.
His user name is: Himimomi; the Email he used to register is a Chinese Email (@126.com), and he had tried Yahoo Email, too.

Certainly I find Zoochat slow to load through Chinese divices or software. Although obviously I can still use it.

I wonder how much of that is the "great (fire)wall of China" or just local network issues?

Given the server is hosted in Singapore, you wouldn't expect there to be too many problems speed wise compared to locations in Europe or even the USA?
