There are now Caracals at Van Blanckendael park. For now they are in an indoor holding, with a little outside area to see them. But the park is already building a new enclosure at the savanah area! Really exciting for the zoo

Multiple animals were born recently, a Ring-tailed lemur (Lemur catta) and a Patagonian mara (Dolichotis patagonum). Multiple Black-necked swans (Cygnus melancoryphus) hatched.
