The old sea lion exhibit is being replaced with Turtle Oasis, a native turtle exhibit expected to open in a few months. I'm not sure where, but the Cinereous vultures are being moved to a different part of the zoo.

Zookeepers named her Tisa, the Swahili word for nine, to symbolize her birthdate and that she is the ninth calf born to her mother, Imara.

Tisa brings the herd to five, which includes: one adult male, Billy; two adult females, Imara and Noelle; and Noelle’s calf, Mchanga, who was born in December.

Visited two weeks ago. Construction by the new vulture exhibit is very nice. The indoor small animal building in the children's zoo was open with Prevosts squirrel, northern treeshrew, and Screaming hairy armadillo. The zoo has a new hyrax and I saw the chameleon for the first time in years. The biggest update is that they are working on a new Gray's monitor exhibit.
