a bit of a late reply, so you may have already either figured this out yourself or completely forgotten, but they are red-necked wallabies (Bennett's wallabies). What species of wallaby is it that the article is about?

I think the zoo should get rid of their elephants. The exhibit is not horrible, but yes, by the time they get another elephant, the exhibit will be small and outdated. Putting rhinos in the exhibit would be a good idea. Currently they're in the savanna area with the zebra and ostrich, but I have never seen them out there. The probably could get another animal in to replace the rhinos, or keep it as is.
