Webcams

I know about them some might not be online as it might be night in their location.

Others are no always online.

I check them once a month and modify if necessary.

Thanks for your comment and the sites you posted. I will have a look at the links later on this week and see what I can add in my site.

Cheers

I agree there cams are great & there is not many in the UK but the Aspinals parks web cams are good being able to take control and move it where you want.

At the weekend (not home during daylight hours) i have been watching the gorilla cam at Bristol you get to see a lot of ducks

Its a shame the webcams at Marwell are static although when we do visit Marwell we do wave at the one over the meerkats in the hope we will be on the screen for the next minute :D

I once emailed Colchester zoo to enquire if they have ever considered having webcams and got a very funny one back saying the animals have never felt the need to have phonelines or pcs in their enclosures  tut what about the elephants and trunk calls :D

I always like to recommend the ten (10!) web cameras covering the tiger exhibit at Kolmården Zoo in Sweden:

Webbkameror.se - TigerCam, TigerWorld, Kolmårdens sibiriska tigrar live, webkamera, webcam, webcamera, webbkameror, webkameror, webkamra, webbkamror, djurpark, zoo, tiger

A new and rather good exhibit, 4800 squre meters big. Divided into two different sections: one "landscaped" sort of "Asian themed", the other simply consisting of natural Swedish rocks and pine trees. The two sections are divided by an artificial "river" and both sections are available to the cats all the time. Right now threre are two female cubs that you can see on the indoor cameras.

That is a nice tiger one, at the moment if you look outside there is a tractor parked there, with it's lights on, im waiting and wacthing for someone to get on an drive around on it lol

Oh... Marwell Dalek, then I apologize as well for having recommended the web cams at Kolmården, Sweden earlier in this thread. Apparently, a few other forumsters from other nations made similar mistakes.

Guess we didn´t know that things were so fuzzy at this otherwise so friendly web site.

We are all very sorry, indeed! Now, please go back to sleep, old chap! Sorry for the inconvenience...

Duh!
