what about the 2 zebra types?Afaik there are now only 3(?) female Persian Fallow Deer left since the Hunting Dog episode that decimated what until then was a steadily increasing group. Zootierlists 2.0 at Blair Drummond and wonder if/why they haven't acquired them. (or have they?)
Barasingha/Swamp deer- breeding again since arrival of stag from Knowsley S.P. resulting in 2 calves born this year (could be more to come), two(?) last year, three in 2022. So increasing.
Brow Antlered Deer. Status?
Pere David. Status?
Sika. Status?
Axis Deer. Virtually finished I think as only very few (all female) individuals left.
I don't know about the zebras.what about the 2 zebra types?
Well there are 2 types of zebra. The Plain Zebra and the Grevy's ZebraI don't know about the zebras.
Can’t remember which was where but just recalled there were in fact two groups of zebra.I don't know about the zebras.
IN the first reserve are the grevy's zebra and the other ones are the plains zebrasCan’t remember which was where but just recalled there were in fact two groups of zebra.
There was a pair in the first reserve and a separate trio on the road next to white tigers.

its been like that for quite a while now i believeGrevy Zebra are still in the African area (1st one).
But Plain Zebras and Nile Lechwe were in a paddock between the tigers and Bactrian Camels currently. You could see them on the left hand side as you go down the hill into the Badlands.
got more images?Just went for some photography today.

Not sure why they're there. But my guess is to avoid more traffic build up for the Plains Zebra and give some privacy for the Lechwe.
Also got some adorable pictures of Malaika already getting bigger. Sadly didn't catch any sighting of the new giraffe calf. But oh well.
