from your posting I would have said early twenties, but you've travelled around a bit so with that in mind I'd have changed it to late twenties. And height-wise I'd have said 5'9 or 5'10. I guess you write like someone taller :p

Why does Jarkari's description sound like Sheldon from Big Bang Theory?

I don't have a mental image for a lot of members; I usually just think they look like their avatar. :rolleyes:

To me, nanoboy honestly is about 5' 8", 5' 9", with head shaved, glasses with a goatee, while Chlidonias is a soft little rodent. Wait... is that a European beaver or some sort of otter?! :D

Chlidonias and Nanoboy are sometimes like a good double act on some of the threads, I now personally view them as younger version of Penn and Teller :p.

Childonias being Penn and Nanoboy as Teller. I don't know why, the likeness just appeared in my head!

No way! Hahaha. I actually envisioned Chlidonias and Hix to be a hero and sidekick, like Tonto and The Lone Ranger, as they usually back-up each other on threads. :D

I always think of a poodle when I see a post from Pootle.

Jurek's pretty tough; no pictures or anything... But I always thought of him (you are a male, correct? :p) as a 20-somethin' year old, skinny, a slender face and a long head with medium-length black hair brushed one way halfway over the forehead. I'm waaaay off, right?

And Hix, no, actually I've had a few different images of what you look like. Your posts change from witty to straight-up comedic (I believe you've even scolded someone once or twice, correct?) etc, so I've never had any one image of you. And wait, I think my description of nanoboy was my image of snowleopard... What does snowleopard look like to you guys?! :D

I am pretty sure that there is at least one current photo of Hix on here. Look through the Sidney Zoo Gallery, I think.

That is albout half correct. Only a year off on the age, 6 ft 4 (or about 1.9 meters), red and unkempt (not sure how cool) hair, but no freckles, and my McDonald's diet somehow keeps me from the skinny side.

Most of the people on here I just picture as typical 30's or 40's adults. I always picture nanoboy as the typical "cowboy" of Australia. Of course thats how all Australians are pictured by me.

Yes, there is a picture of Hix with a few other zoochatters in the Australian gallery, none of them looked anything like I had imagined. I really don't do mental images of what people look like, rather I have a picture of their personality.

Nanoboy I assumed was young (probably cos of 'boy' in name), and I assumed a bit of a techy, but I'm not sure where that came from. In fact, my presumption is that most zoochatters are relatively young, <30 anyway, and male, unless their name suggests otherwise.

I've wanted to scold a number of people, usually for posting crap photos or a dozen almost identical images, but I'm biting my tongue these days (or should that be 'biting my fingers'?) A couple of years ago I got into an argument with an idiot - that might be what you remember.

As mentioned there is a photo of some Aussie ZooChatters in the Australian Gallery - look in the Symbio gallery.

Ah! I was kind of close with my mental image of you. Awesome pic, and great to actually put a face to the username.

KC, it's really Hix who could be a cowboy though: check out the belt buckle and black clothes. ;)
